Security with peace of mind
At the heart of our philosophy, design and manufacture our number one priority is SECURITY… with no compromise.
Each machine is fully built in our factory using tough high-grade steel cabinets with up to 7 locking points, tried and tested components and software that has evolved over many years to meet ever more demanding scenarios. Many of our machines are also available with rear fitted doors, enabling both flush wall installation and access & maintenance from a secure locked room. See inset picture on right showing the rear doors and the unit during the build stage. All machines feature secure cash-handling cassettes.
Indoors or outdoors all of our cabinets are weatherproofed to IP53. For fully exposed conditions, units can be fitted with pitched roofs. All of our cabinets are powder-coated and oven- cured. Our touch-screen monitors are made of toughened, vandal resistant glass.
Optional integrated alarms and self-locking cash boxes are available to provide additional security where there is increased risk of abuse.
As well as the very highest standards of material and hardware specification all of the ‘on-board’ and remote management software is custom designed by Klidos’s own developers who specialise exclusively in revenue collection technology.
24/7 Support
Most of our products are distributed through our agents, who provide pre-sales installation advice and after-sales service. As further reassurance, Klidos is always on hand should more in-depth technical support be required.
